4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

The tq999 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum and 0.8% at Diamond. Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a player's activity and engagement. tq999 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

05Gameplay and Fair Conduct

5.1 Accepted Conduct

All games on tq999 are operated fairly and transparently. All games on the platform are subject to regular review and testing. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure unbiased outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tq999:

• Using automated bots or software to play games.

• Coordinated betting among members of the same family or group (collusion).
• Providing false information on an account.
• Participating in any form of fraudulent activity.
